Do not sell or share my personal information

Our service works by sharing your loan request with lenders so they can make you offers. That sharing is the product, and it only happens when you submit a request asking us to do it. We don't sell your information to unrelated marketers, data brokers, or anyone else outside of fulfilling your request.

Some privacy laws treat sharing a lead with lenders as a "sale" of personal information. If you'd rather we not share or retain your information, you can opt out or ask us to delete what we have. Both are free and we don't treat you differently for asking.

How to opt out or request deletion

Email offers@summitcapitaldirect.com from the address you used with us. Say whether you want to opt out of future sharing, have your information deleted, or both. We'll confirm within a few business days.

One honest limitation: if you already submitted a request and it was delivered to a lender, that lender has their own copy governed by their own privacy policy. We'll stop our sharing and delete our records, and we can tell you which lender received your request so you can contact them too.
